![]() Valdez's test will be to accompany her into the sub-structure of Fort Atlas to determine what happened to the ATLAS Observatory's previous projects and what technology can be recovered. She's a lot more approachable than Shin, though she still has one primary goal: preserving old technology. Scribe Valdez is in the interior, plugging away near a computer. From there, you'll make recommendations to Shin as to how you feel the Brotherhood should address the petitions. Once you've gotten their stories, you'll return to Shin. You don't have to decide on how to handle them, just speak with them. Some of them are citizens looking for protection others are Raiders trying to sneak their way into the Brotherhood's armory.
